It should be, in about 2 weeks. Smashwords distributes to Apple so as soon as it goes live on Smashwords, and gets through their system, they should send it to places like Barnes & Noble, Kobo and itunes. That’s usually about a 2-week process, unless they find a problem with the file.
Is there a book with Cody and Jacques?
