My stand-alone contemporary romance The Rebuilding Year which released in ebook format last March, is now available from Samhain in paperback format (and is currently significantly discounted at several retailers, including at Samhain’s own site.) If you’re not a big fan of ebooks, you can now hold this one in your hands.
I’m doing a giveaway for a couple of signed copies on Goodreads via their giveaway program (I hope – I’ve never tried it before.) The contest will run through Feb 28th. We’ll see how that works out.
I’ll add a link here when the giveaway goes live. You can also buy the book directly from Samhain and from many other online booksellers.
ETA- here’s the link for the giveaway: http://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/show/44275-the-rebuilding-year **THIS DRAWING IS NOW CLOSED. WINNERS WERE CHOSEN** – but read on for one more chance below.
Someone pointed out that you can’t enter this unless you are a Goodreads member. And while that’s free and fun, not everyone wants to be there. So I’ve added a drawing for one more copy from the comments here on this WordPress blog only. This drawing ends Noon March 4th, so people can find out about it when I announce the Goodreads winner, and enter.
I enjoyed The Rebuilding Year…I’m glad it’s coming out in paperback…Yippeee!
Hi Kaje, I hope you’re well. Is entry only via Facebook? I don’t subscribe to that, but couldn’t see any other way of entering. Hope you’re having a great weekend. Regards, Rita, London
I don’t have Facebook either. You should be able to enter if you have a Goodreads account. (You can sign into Goodreads via Facebook but you don’t have to.) Unfortunately I’m not sure you can if you’re not on Goodreads. I didn’t realize that. I’ve added a drawing for one copy here on the blog- thanks for pointing it out. I’ll draw the name for this one from comments here, including yours.
Hi Kaje
Thanks so much, really appreciated. I just read the post about LL4 – do you have a rough idea as to when it will be out? These guys are my absolute fave of all your characters. Thanks! Regards, Rita
I just submitted this one to MLR. If it gets accepted (which hopefully won’t be a problem) then it will be somewhere between 4 and 9 months to get through the publishing process, based on past experience. Obviously I’m hoping for the shorter end of that, but it depends a lot on how busy the publisher’s staff is with other projects. Think good thoughts π
ETA: got the acceptance and the contract now π
This is one of your books I always wanted to read so: YAY!
I’d like to enter the contest for the book as well! I loved this book π
Tame
Would love a chance at a hard back copy, thanks Kaje
I’d also like to enter the contest for the book. I want to read that book π
I would love a copy! Loved reading the ebook.
I borrowed this book, but would love to have my own copy. It was so very good! Thanks.
I love this story! John and Ryan . . . β₯ I would love to have a hard copy of this book instead of it just being on my Kindle.
I’d love a paperback version of this.
Would love to win a copy of this!
Have read the ebook several times. To win a hardback copy would be special.
THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED – the winner is Aoife. (And Yay! I got the books. I will contact the winner for the mailing address. Thanks to everyone who entered.)
